As our paint is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or used tins.
To ensure you select the perfect shade for your space, we recommend our hand painted peel-and-stick samples. These provide an accurate colour representation and can be moved around the room to see how the colour looks in different lighting before making your final choice.

Sheen Level & Colour: Ensure you select the correct colour and finish for your project, as we cannot offer refunds once the paint is applied. Click here for more information on our paint finishes.

Dented Tins: Refunds cannot be issued for dented tins if the paint remains in usable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations / Amends: As our paint is made to order, please contact us immediately at
if you need to cancel or amend an order. Changes can only be made before production begins.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are only available for items returned in unused, original condition, within 30 days of purchase.
