Returns & Refunds Policy

We strongly recommend purchasing a hand-painted peel-and-stick sample before ordering your paint. Our samples are painted with real Verus paint (Flat Matt wall finish) to provide the most accurate colour representation possible under your own lighting conditions.

As all Verus paint is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as colour choice, sheen level, or change of mind.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The paint is damaged in transit and unusable
  • The paint is faulty.

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Opened or used paint
  • Incorrect colour/finish ordered
  • Dented tins where the paint remains in usable condition

All our paint is made to your specific colour and finish order, it cannot be resold. This made-to-order approach helps us minimise waste and reduce environmental impact, which is central to our commitment to sustainability.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you select the correct colour and finish for your project before ordering. Refunds cannot be offered once paint has been opened or applied.
  • Any issues with damaged or faulty paint must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
  • Where a return is approved due to a fault or damage, we will advise on next steps and cover return costs where appropriate.

Cancellations & Amendments

As our paint is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. Amendments can only be made before production begins.
